摘    要:利用海陆杂交技术所选育的长绒棉抗病材料在枯萎病病圃、重病田等抗病性鉴定,都表现很好的抗病性.长绒棉抗病材料对该区不同致病力枯萎病病源菌抗病性鉴定,都具有一定抗病性,病指没有明显差异.与高产、优质品系杂交其后代抗病性稳定,为长绒棉抗枯萎病育种提供了很好抗源,增加了长绒棉抗病育种上的抗源新种质.

Abstract:The resistance to Fusarium wilt of long-fibre cotton selected from sea-land hybrid was appraised by using sea-land hybrid techniques.The results indicated that all the materials displayed perfect disease resistance.There was no significant difference in its disease index.The resistance to disease of the hybrid later generation with high yield and high quality was stable,which provided good anti-source for the long-fibre cotton anti Fusarium wilt breeding.
