双斑截尾寄蝇对草地螟寄生的主要生物学特征及饲养技术

摘    要:首次报道了双斑截尾寄蝇(Nemorilla maculosa Meigen)对草地螟(Loxostege sticticalis L.)的寄生行为及发育特征和饲养技术。研究结果表明:双斑截尾寄蝇将卵产在5龄草地螟幼虫的胸部,蝇蛆孵化后直接钻入寄主体腔内发育,幼虫发育成熟后便会钻出寄主体外化蛹。完成卵到幼虫期的发育需约12 d。蛹经11 d左右即可以羽化为成虫。从卵到成虫的发育历期约25 d。雌雄之间卵和幼虫的发育历期没有显著差异,但雌蛹的发育比雄蛹慢。雌蝇羽化后可以立即交配,而雄蝇羽化后约2 d后才能交配。补充营养的雌蝇平均产卵量约为130粒/头。还初步研究了影响双斑截尾寄蝇寄生能力的因素。简单介绍了其室内饲养繁殖技术。

Abstract:The parasitic behaviors and development of the parasitoid,Nemorilla maculosa Meigen(Diptera: Tachinidae) on the beet webworm,Loxostege sticticalis L.(Lepidoptera: Pyralidae) were first reported in this paper.One to several white eggs of N.maculosa was directly deposited on the thorax of 5th instar of L.sticticalis.Maggots directly entered the body cavity of their hosts after hatching.Only one mature maggot survived and exited per host larva,regardless of the number of eggs on the host.The period needed to complete the egg and larval stages of N.maculosa was ca.12 days and there was no significant difference between the sexes.Maggots pupariated near their hosts.The period for puparial development was ca.11 days and females developed significantly slower than males.N.maculosa needed ca.25 days to complete the development from egg to adult.Females were able to mate after emergence while males needed to wait for ca.2 days to mate.One female adult could produce 130 eggs on average.Finally,the factors related to parasitic behavior,host selection,survival rate,and size of N.maculosa and rearing technology for this parasitoid were also reported.
