| 摘 要： | 对住宅质量调查表明裂缝质量缺陷的成因，归纳起来有四个方面，即与结构设计有关的原因；与施工有关的原因；与材料性质有关的原因；与使用及环境有关的原因。文中分析多层砖混结构的裂缝原因并从结构设计、工程施工和材料选择等方面提出了有效措施。
