茶树花粉形态的研究

用光学显微镜和扫描电镜对18个茶树栽培品种和6个野生茶树的花粉作了形态观察,讨论了有关茶的种内分类问题。花粉形态观察的结果表明,所观察到的这类茶树放在同一个种是适合的,但从萌发孔的数目及外壁纹饰来看,茶树存在着种内的变异。

Observations on Pollen Morphology of Tea

Pollen morphology of 18 cultivars and 6 wild varieties of tea grown in different provinces of Chian has been examined under microscope and scanning electron microscope. The intraspecific taxonomy of tea has been discussed.According to the obserable pollen morphology, treating these tea plants in Camellia as a species (Camellia Sinensis) would be reasonable, but there exist intraspecific variations among the tea plants in view of their number of aperture and sculpture of exine.
