摘    要:提取液中添加 10mg/L秋水仙碱可提高大麦小孢子游离后的存活率 ;以含 10mg/L秋水仙碱的预处理液预处理小孢子 4 8h可以降低培养 72h后小孢子的死亡率 ;以小花共培养可以提高正常型多细胞结构形成率 ,因而明显提高胚状体的形成。

Abstract:The frequency of survival isolated microspores could be increased by adding colchicine 10 mg/L to isolation solution. The frequency of dead microspores after 72h culturing could be becreased by pretreatment of freshly isolated microspores with isolation solution supplemented with colchicine 10 mg/L for 2d. The productions of multicellular structure and embryo like structure were improved by co culturing with florets of barley.
