隐性白羽鸡与清远麻鸡生长曲线及相关性研究

摘    要:为充分挖掘品种资源生长潜力,以清远麻鸡和国外引进的快大型品种隐性白羽鸡为研究对象,用Logistic模型、Gompertz模型和Von Bertalanffy模型对体重和胫长进行了生长曲线的拟合,并比较了3种模型拟合效果的优劣。结果表明,体重用Gompertz和Von Bertalanffy模型拟合效果较好,胫长用Logistci模型拟合效果较好。2周龄体重、3周龄胫长与3~14周龄体重极显著,r值为0.8。通过对早期体重和胫长的个体选择,可达到上市日龄较大体重的要求。

Abstract:A local breed Qingyuan Patridge Chicken (QPC) and an introduced breed from abroad Recessive White Chicken (RWC),were selected to create fit growth curves for body weight and tibia length by three modles, such as Logistic, Gompertz and Von Bertanlaffy, and  the best models for body weght and tibia length were chosen respectively via comparing fitting effects of the three models. The main results were as follow:in the three models used for fitting growth curves, Gompertz and Von Bertalanffy model was better to fit growth curve of body weight, and Logistic mode was the best to fit growth curve of tibia length. Body weight of 2 weeks was extremely significantly related to that of 3~14 weeks, and r value was 0.8. Tibia length of 3 weeks was also extremely significantly related to that of 3~14 weeks, and r value was 0.8.It is concluded that sorting out chickens which have higher body weight and longer tibia length in early stage are more likely to have higher body weight when being sold in markets.
