| 摘 要： | 我国在自然保护区建立后,实行居民外迁是解决保护区内保护与发展矛盾的重要措施.要顺利实施自然保护区居民外迁,就必须建立良好的居民外迁生态补偿机制.我国的生态补偿机制处在逐步建立和完善过程中,生态移民补偿标准是其中的重要组成部分.对我国自然保护区生态补偿现状进行了分析,以重庆市缙云山国家级自然保护区为例,探讨了自然保护区居民外迁生态补偿标准及依据,提出了具有现实可行性的我国生态补偿的资金来源.
