籼三系不育系楠丰67A选育和利用评价研究

摘    要:目的]选育籼三系不育系楠丰67A,并对其利用价值进行评价.方法]介绍楠丰67A的选育经过、特征特性、稻米品质遗传特点和制繁种关键技术,探讨其应用价值及潜力.结果]研究迟熟早籼矮败型不育系楠丰67A,典败率96.78%,柱头外露率43.98%,其中双外露率25.30%.株型好,一般配合力(GCA)效应值总体高于珍汕97A,单株穗数、穗总粒数和结实率比珍汕97A有更强的杂种优势,单株粒重、千粒重的特殊配合力(SCA)效应方差较小,软胶稠度,中低直链淀粉含量,中感稻瘟病.2009年通过浙江省农作物审定委员会组织的技术鉴定.结论]该研究对今后三系不育系的选育和楠丰67A的利用具有指导意义.

Study on Selection and Evaluation of Cytoplasmic Male Sterile(CMS) Lines of Indica Rice Nanfeng 67A

Abstract:Objective] The aim was to select CMS lines of Indica rice Nanfeng 67A,and to evaluate its utilization value.Method] Breeding process,characteristics,genetic traits of rice quality,and key seed production and reproduction technology were introduced to discuss Nanfeng 67A's application value and potentiality.Result] Nanfeng 67A is an early-season,late-maturity and dwarf abortive type CMS lines of Indica rice,which typical abortive rate of pollen is 96.78%,the exposed stigma rate is 43.98%,and the exposed double stigmas rate is 25.30%.This line has ideal plant type,higher GCA effect than Zhenxian 97A in general,stronger heterosis of panicles per plant,spikelets per panicle and filled grain rate than Zhenxian 97A,less significant variances of SCA of grain weight per plant and 1 000-grain weight,high gel consistency,medium-low amylose content,moderately-susceptible to rice blast,and has passed the technical evaluation organized by Zhejiang Crop Variety Approval Committee in 2009.Conclusion] The study has a guidance significance for CMS lines' breeding and Nanfeng 67A's utilization in future.
