| 摘 要： | 上海市松江区推进粮食适度规模经营主要采取规范土地流转、多种种植模式并举的措施,基本实现粮食规模化经营、专业化生产,提高土地产出率与劳动生产率,促进了粮食生产,极大地调动了农户种粮的积极性。达到了保护基本农田,改善农业生态环境的成效。借鉴上海市的经验,提出北京市粮食适度规模经营的相关建议。

| Abstract: | The department of Songjiang in Shanghai promote optimum-scale planting food by using transfer of farmer-contracted land-use rights and various cropping patterns, and measures to realize the basic food scale management, professional production, improve the land output rate and labor productivity, promote the food production, greatly mobilized the enthusiasm of farmers grain. To protect the basic farmland, and improve the agricultural ecological environment effect. Reference to the experience of Shanghai, this paper puts forward the management related suggestions of optimum-scale planting food in Beijing. |
