摘    要:[目的]为了探索VB1对盐藻生长的影响.[方法]将盐藻接入不同浓度的VB1培养液中,研究其对盐藻色素形成、细胞生长与蛋白质积累的影响.[结果]VB1可使盐藻β-胡萝卜素、叶绿素a、叶绿素b形成增多、细胞繁殖加快、蛋白质积累量增大.[结论] VB1可促进盐藻的生长.

Effects of VB1 on Cells Growth of Dunaliella salina

Abstract:[Objective] To explore the effects of VB1 on the cells growth of Dunaliella salina.[Method] D.salina were cultured in medium containing different concentration of VB1 to explore VB1 effects on the pigments production and cells growth and protein accumulation of D.salina.[Result] The results showed that the VB1 had improved effect.In other words,product of β-carotene and chlorophyll a and b was increased,the level of cell reproduction was quickened,protein accumulation was increased.[Conclusion] VB1 can improve cells growth of D.salina.
