摘 要: | [目的]研究3-苄基-5-溴脲嘧啶类化合物的除草活性。[方法]3-苄基脲嘧啶类化合物与溴化锂、硝酸铈铵在乙腈作溶剂条件下回流反应,尿嘧啶环上5位氢原子被溴原子取代。[结果]合成了5个3-苄基-5-溴脲嘧啶类化合物,所有目标化合物均通过1H NMR确证。[结论]该类化合物有一定的除草活性,其中化合物c浓度100 mg/L时对油菜根长生长抑制具有较好的效果。

Abstract: | [Objective] The study aimed to explore herbicidal activities of 3-benzyl-5-bromouracil derivatives.[Method] 3-benzyluracil derivatives reacted with lithium bromide and ammonium ceric nitrate.5-position hydrogen of uracil ring was substituted by bromide atom.[Result] Five 3-benzyl-5-bromouracil derivatives were synthesized,and all compounds were confirmed by 1H NMR.[Conclusion] The herbicidal activities of these compounds were examined.The biological test results showed that compound c had good activities against Brassica napus at 100 mg/L. |
