The Education of Intellectual Property in University

This paper discusses the great influence of intellectual property to the modern society, the effect of intellects' consciousness of intellectual property in intellectual economy, the new tasks of protecting and using intellectual property which have been brought about by the teeming of new knowledge and new techniques and the intellectual property policy of Multinational Corporation of Western Developed countries, and how universities give students effective education of intellectual property, in order to make university students become torchbearers and forerunners of protecting and using intellectual property of every walk of life.
