摘    要:以大马士革玫瑰1 a生枝条茎段为试材,研究不同激素配比对其继代增殖和生根培养的影响。结果表明:继代增殖培养以MS(蔗糖30 g/L;琼脂6 g/L;pH 5.8)为基础培养基,激素配比6-BA 1.0 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L+GA30.1 mg/L为宜,增殖率为3.5。生根培养以1/2MS(蔗糖30 g/L;琼脂6 g/L;pH 5.8)为基础培养基,IBA 0.5 mg/L,生根率达72.5%。

Abstract:Selecting Rose damascena stem as material,This article studied the effect of different hormone combination on multiplying culture and rooting culture.The research showed that the best formula for the multiplying medium is MS + 6-BA1.0 mg/L + NAA0.1 mg/L + GA3 0.1 mg/L with proliferation rate of 3.5 times;the best formula for the rooting medium is 1/2 MS + IBA 0.5 mg/L with rooting rate of 72.5%.
