| 摘 要： | 以三倍体毛白杨的茎段和叶片为外植体进行组织培养试验,结果表明,较适宜的继代增殖培养基为MS+6-BA 0.01 mg/L+NAA 0.30 mg/L,一次成苗及生根培养基为MS+6-BA 0.05 mg/L+NAA 0.20 mg/L。

| Abstract: | Using the stems and leaves of the Triploid populus tomentosa as explant,the tissue culture experiment was carried out.The result showed that the proper medium for subcultured reproduction was MS+6-BA 0.01 mg/L +NAA 0.30 mg/L,and the rooted medium of the one time growth plant was MS+6-BA 0.05 mg/L+NAA 0.20 mg/L. |
