基于虚拟样机技术的ATV悬架仿真分析

摘    要:运用虚拟样机技术,在ADAMS软件中对ATV模型进行了仿真分析。为满足行驶平顺性指标,通过限定整车质心垂向加速度的大小对整车模型进行仿真。仿真结果与试验结果相吻合,验证了虚拟试验的合理性和可行性,得出了需要的悬架参数,为整车性能的进一步改进提供了依据。

Abstract:Simulation analysis for the ATV model is performed in ADAMS,which is on the basis of virtual prototype technology.In order to meet the vehicle ride comfort requirements,the vertical acceleration in the center mass of full vehicle is limited;The results match with the outputs of test.The tests show that the virtual prototype of ATV is reasonable and feasible,and the parameters of the suspension are obtained,and meanwhile,which provide basis for the further improvement of full vehicle Performance.
