光合细菌培养条件的研究

摘    要:对光合细菌(PSB)培养的最适光照、温度、pH值、最佳接种量等条件进行了系统研究,结果表明:PSB生长环境的光照强度越大,生长速度越快,生物量也越大;其最适生长温度为30℃,最适pH值为7.5~8.5,最佳接种量为20%。

Abstract:The effects of temperature, illumination, pH and inoculation on photosynthetic bacteria growth were studied. The results showed that the bacteria could grow quickly as the illumination increasing. The optimal ferment conditions of PSB were temperature 30 ℃, pH7.5 - 8.5 and inoculation 20%.
