摘    要:根据八角叶斑病症状特征和病原菌形态特征等特点,鉴定其病原菌为半知菌亚门拟盘多毛孢属(Pestalotiopsis Sp.)。采用供试的5种杀菌剂对病原菌菌丝进行室内毒力测定,结果表明:10%斯高WG、70%甲基托布津WP、15%三唑酮WP对八角叶斑病的病原菌抑制效果相对较高,而50%福美双WP、75%百菌清WP的抑制效果不明显。

Abstract:Based on the symptom characteristics of aniseed leaf spot, as well as the morphological characteristics of the pathogen, the aniseed leaf spot was identified to be caused by pestalotiopsis, deuteromycotina. Five types of supplied fungicides were used to determinate the activity of mycelium indoor. The results showed that, 10% of sigao WG, 70% thiophanate methyl WP, and 15% triketone WP had relatively high inhibitory effect to the pathogen of aniseed leaf spot. With concentration increasing, inhibition rate of these fungicides decreased. However, no significant inhibitory effect was obtained from 50% of thiram WP and 75% of Chlorothalonil WP.
