摘    要:试验Ⅰ,试验Ⅱ,试验Ⅲ和对照4个组,分别利用A、B、C三种不同复合发酵菌剂,对牛羊屠宰粪便进行堆肥发酵,在发酵过程中比较了不同试验组的温度、水分、挥发性总固体、pH、细菌群落的变化,以及对牧草籽发芽率的影响。这些数据为进一步优势发酵菌荆的选择提供科学依据。

Abstract:Test Was designed as No. Ⅰgroup, No. Ⅱgroup, No.Ⅲgroup -and control group. Three kinds of different compound bacteria preparation, A, B, C were used for different test group, respectively. The manure of slaughtered cattle and sheep was fermented with A, B, C. The temperature, moisture, total volatile solids, PH, Variation of bacterial community and forage seeds impacting on germination were compared during fermentation. All these test data can sever as further screening dominant fermentation bacterial preparation.
