| Abstract: | Under new situations, the existence and development of libraries in high schools is directly related to the qualities of librarians in high schools. As a librarian, he/she should possess excellent political, moral, professional and cultural qualities and sound physical conditions and moral quality. To meet the job requirement of libraries in high schools in the future, we should take measures to improve overall qualities of librarians. |
