关于秦皇岛市农业结构调整的思考

农业结构调整是实现农业增产、农民增收的重要途径。为了正确指导加入WTO后秦皇岛市农业结构的有效调整,通过对秦皇岛市农业生产现状的具体分析,指出了秦皇岛市农业结构调整的重点发展方向:(1)调整粮食生产布局,发展优势特色粮食品种;(2)发挥区域生产优势,做大做强果品、蔬菜产业;(3)培育龙头企业,进一步带动优势产业的发展。

Adjustment of agricultural structure is an important approach for increasing output of agriculture and income of peasant. In order to direct efficiently the adjustment of agricultural structure in Qinhuangdao City after China's acceding to the WTO, the current agricultural situation in Qinhuangdao City was analyzed, and the main development direction in the adjustment of agricultural structure in Qinhuangdao City was also pointed out. (1) To adjust the distribution of food production and develop the special food crops; (2) To develop the regional production advantages and strengthen the industry of vegetables and fruits; (3) To rear the leading enterprise and develop the advantage industry.
