超高产玉米与普通玉米源库关系的比较研究

摘    要:以4个玉米品种为试验材料,比较研究了超高产玉米和普通玉米源库的协调关系。结果表明:群体条件下超高产品种"先玉335"和"郑单958"的叶面积指数和光合势均高于普通品种,而且花后光合势与产量之间存在极显著的正相关(r=0.988**);粒叶比先玉335>郑单958>长城799>通吉100,超高产品种"先玉335"与普通品种"通吉100"粒叶比差异极显著;茎鞘物质输出率与产量及其构成因素均呈负相关,但与产量的负相关性最明显,其中"先玉335"两者间呈极显著负相关(-0.725 1**)。本试验条件下,超高产玉米品种"先玉335"和"郑单958"属较典型的源限制型,而普通品种"长城799"和"通吉100"属源库互作型。

Abstract:Source-sink relationship was studied on four cultivars comparatively. The result indicated that LAI and LAD of super high-yield maizes xianyu 335 and zhengdan 958 were all higher than those of common cultivars.There was significantly positive relationship between LAD and yield after anthesis(r=0.988**);The rank of ratio of grain number to leaf area of four varieties from high level to low level was xianyu 335>zhengdan 958>changcheng 799>tongji 100.The ratio of grain number to leaf area between xiauyu 335 and tongji100 was significantly different;Negative correlation existed between output percentage of stem-sheath store matter and yield and yield components;however,negative correlation between stem-sheath store matter and yield was especially obvious.Negative correlation at 0.05 level existing in xianyu 335 was significantly positive(-0.725 1**). It indicated that super high-yield xianyu 335 and zhengdan 958 belonged to soure-limited type,but changcheng 799 and tongji 100 belonged to source-sink interacted type.
