摘    要:以小白菜为材料,探讨了SA预处理对铅胁迫下小白菜幼苗生长的影响.结果表明,外源水杨酸预处理可以不同程度地缓解Pb对小白菜种子萌发和幼苗生长的毒害效应,种子萌发率上升,减少铅在幼苗体内的积累,促进株高和根长的增加;增加Pb胁迫下幼苗叶绿素含量和根系活力,减轻了Pb对小白菜幼苗的氧化胁迫程度,以0.5 μmol/L的sA处理效果最好.

Abstract:Brassica Chinensis was tested by salicylic acids with different concentrations under different Cd stress to study the relieving effect on its growthand development.The results showed that the exogenous salicylic acid could relieve the Pb toxicity to seedling growth of Brassica Chinensis in varying degrees,and lighten the oxidative stress caused by Pb stress through increasing its plant height and root length,germination rate of seed,leaf chlorophyll content,root activity and reducing Pb accumulation under P...
