| Abstract: | In the article, for the hot oil pipeline, the author analyzes the reason of pres sure fluctuation for the pipeline run with low-throughput condition, summarizes the effective methods to reduce the critical safe throughput and measures agains t the pressure fluctuation,puts forward the determination way to critical safety throughput and problems to be focused on the pipeline operated at low-throughpu t condition, which provides an important fundamental to the technical reform for the pipeline run with low-throughput in safe operation mode. |
