Optimization of Rubber Production Incentive System in Hainan State Farms

Based on the status of rubber production incentive system of Hainan Rubber Group, we construct the principal- agent model by the parameterized distribution formulation to explore the optimization of agricultural production management system in Hainan state farm. The research shows that the rubber production management system needs to be optimized. On this basis, we put forward suggestions for optimizing the incentive system of rubber production, improving the wage scheme, setting up the basic wage, reducing the share of turn in, optimizing the interests of company and workers, thus to ensure the income stability of workers.
