| Abstract: | Fengyoujing was used as the pretreatment medicament in the Pingyitiancha tea chromosome sample making.The results indicated that in Fengyoujing pretreating the chromosomes,the separation degree of the chromosomes was evident,the condensed length of the chromosome was moderate and it was not easy for the chromosomes to rupture and conglutinate. |
