植物生长调节剂对水稻氮代谢关键酶活性的影响

摘    要:为了给新型植物生长调节剂的开发利用提供理论依据,采用盆栽试验探讨了几种新型生长调节剂对水稻氮代谢关键酶活性的影响,并从中筛选出效果显著的两种新型植物生长调节剂。结果表明,各处理水稻功能叶的硝酸还原酶、谷氨酰胺合成酶和谷氨酰胺转化酶活性及籽粒的谷氨酰胺合成酶和谷氨酰胺转化酶活性在乳熟前期差异较大,随着水稻生育期的延长,各处理之间的差异逐渐变小,各喷施植物生长调节剂处理的水稻功能叶及籽粒中上述酶活性均高于对照,其中以PGR4处理酶活性最强,PGR3处理次之,灌浆前期各处理的水稻功能叶蛋白水解酶活性之间的差异较小,而灌浆中、后期各处理之间的差异增大,且喷施植物生长调节剂处理的水稻功能叶蛋白水解酶活性均高于对照,其中以PGR4处理酶活性最强,PGR3处理次之。

Abstract:This paper is an attempt to study the effects of several plant growth regulators on rice nitrogen metabolism, which serves as the theoretical basis for exploiting new plant growth regulators.Two new plant growth regulators with significant effects are selected from them. The results show that there exist great the differences of nitrate reductase activities, glutamine synthetase activities and glutamine transferase activities in functional leaves and glutamine synthetase activities , glutamine transferase activities in grain among the treatments in early milk stage. Then these differences grow smaller and smaller with progressing stage of rice growth. These key enzyme activities of treatments PGR are higher than that of treatment CK. These key enzyme activities of treatment PGR4 are the strongest and those of treatment PGR3 take the second place. In early milk stage, the differences of protease activities in rice functional leaves among the treatments are smaller in early stage,but they are larger in middle and late stages. Protease activities of treatments PGR are stronger than that of treatment CK and protease activitie of treatment PGR4 are the strongest,while that of treatment PGR3 take the second place.
