| 摘 要： | 因自然、经济特征以及生态功能的差异,不同区域生态清洁小流域建设的目标和采取的措施会有所不同。在分析北京市生态清洁小流域建设存在问题的基础上,提出了北京市生态清洁小流域分类分级建设的目的和总体思路,并从技术体系研究、分类分级治理、分类保护管理和信息化建设4个方面对北京市生态清洁小流域分类分级建设对策进行了探讨。

| Abstract: | The objectives and adopted measures of ecologic clean-type small watersheds building would be different according to the difference of natural and economic characteristics and ecological function in different regions.The paper put forward the objectives and general ideas of ecologic clean-type small watersheds building by grade and classification in Beijing based on the analysis of existing problems,approached to the countermeasures from four aspects of research of technical system,treatment by grade and classification,protection and management by classification and information construction. |
