Abstract:This experiment was conducted to clarify pathogenic species of hemorrhagic septicemia disease and drug resistance in rice field eels(Monopterus albus) from Sichuan province.Pathogenic bacteria from liver,kidney and spleen of diseased and dying rice field eels were examined using conventional methods and isolated.Morphological,physiological and biochemical characteristics of the isolated bacteria were investigated.Moreover,the 16S rDNA gene was sequenced and analyzed.Meanwhile,animal regression experiment an...
