摘    要:目的]通过连续多年的试验掌握红枣叶片叶绿索值变化规律,探讨红枣叶片叶绿素值(SPAD)对施肥量的响应,为以后红枣果树养分需求规律和提高养分利用率提供依据.方法]跟踪研究红枣果树特定部位,同时采用变量施肥对叶片叶绿素值进行测定.结果]在红枣叶片不同时期叶绿素与施肥量呈正相关,但氮素投入量达到一定水平后叶绿素值随施氮量增加有下降趋势.在红枣叶片生长早期(0~30 d)比叶重与SPAD值相关性达极显著.结论]有必要针对作物在各物候期不同养分供应状况下建立相应叶绿素值标准,以便更好的利用叶绿素仪,达到更好的诊断效果.
