| 摘 要： | 目的]通过植物组织培养技术快速大量繁殖白花丹参优良品系，深度开发利用这一药用植物资源。方法]以白花丹参的幼嫩叶片和叶柄作为外植体，接种至器官发生分化培养基上诱导丛生芽，然后作壮苗培养，继而生根培养，建立一套快速再生体系。结果]在Ms＋6-BA2．0mg／L＋NAA1．0mg／L和MS＋6-BA2．0mg／L＋NAA0．5mg／L培养基上均能诱导分化大量丛生芽，然后转接至Ms＋KT1．5mg／L＋NAA0．2mg／L继代培养基上做继代、壮苗培养，消除玻璃化现象。选取健壮芽苗转接至1／2MS4-IBA0．2mg／I~培养基上生根培养．待试管苗上长出数条2cm长的健壮根系时即可炼苗移栽，成活率在90％以上。结论]建立了一套完整的白花丹参组培再生体系。
