白花丹参的组织培养和植株再生

摘    要:目的]通过植物组织培养技术快速大量繁殖白花丹参优良品系,深度开发利用这一药用植物资源。方法]以白花丹参的幼嫩叶片和叶柄作为外植体,接种至器官发生分化培养基上诱导丛生芽,然后作壮苗培养,继而生根培养,建立一套快速再生体系。结果]在Ms+6-BA2.0mg/L+NAA1.0mg/L和MS+6-BA2.0mg/L+NAA0.5mg/L培养基上均能诱导分化大量丛生芽,然后转接至Ms+KT1.5mg/L+NAA0.2mg/L继代培养基上做继代、壮苗培养,消除玻璃化现象。选取健壮芽苗转接至1/2MS4-IBA0.2mg/I~培养基上生根培养.待试管苗上长出数条2cm长的健壮根系时即可炼苗移栽,成活率在90%以上。结论]建立了一套完整的白花丹参组培再生体系。
