南方丘陵地区土地整理范例探讨——以广西武鸣县双桥镇为例

以实证研究与规范研究相结合的方法，探讨南方丘陵地区土地整理模式与方法，结果表明，土地整理在南方土地资源可持续利用中占有重要地位。南方丘陵地区地貌类型复杂，经济社会基础薄弱，土地利用程度和效益低，土地生态经济系统不协调，土地整理势在珏行且任务艰巨。广西武鸣县双桥镇的土地整理示范项目为同类地区提供了一个成功的范例，规划的编制、技术队伍的培养、政策法规的制定和项目实施效益的评价体系的形成等，对土地整理项目的实施都是十分重要的。

The model research of land consolidation in hilly regions of south China——A case study of shuangqiao town,Wuming county,Guangxi province

To search for effective models of land consolidation to promote sustainable use of land resources through a case study in hilly region in south China, integrated approach of empirical and normative research were employed. The results indicate land consolidation plays an important role to sustainable use of land resources in south of China. The ground form type is complicated, social economic base is weak, the land use degree and benefit are low, the economic system of the land ecology is incongruous in hilly region in south China. So land consolidation is imperative and the task is arduous. The model project of land consolidation of Shuangqiao town, Wuming county, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous region offers a successful example to similar area. Establishment of planning, cultivation of the technological team, formulation of the policies and regulations and forming of the appraisal system of the project implementation, etc. they all are the important factors to project implementation of land consolidation.
