谷物烘干机热风温度微机控制系统的研究

摘    要:本文以手烧燃煤热风炉作为系统的控制对象,选用热风温度恒控作为控制指标。在分析控制对象的基础上,提出了选用 PID 算法的依据。设计的系统软件包括7个应用子程序、3个运算子程序和4个中断服务程序;温度的给定值可以通过外部手动给定或程序自动给定;设计了温度检测电路、助燃风机控制电路、冷风门电机控制电路。最后指出了单板机控制谷物烘干机与常规装置相比较的优点。

Abstract:The coal heated air oven with hand control was used as the system control plant,and theconstant control of heated air temperature was used as the control index.By analysing thecontrol plant speciality,a basis of selecting separate PID algorithm was put forward.Thesoftware programmed included seven applicable subprogrammes and four interrupt serviceprogrammes.The given temperature value could be both decided by the hand-operating out-side device and given by the programme automatically.A temperature detecting circuit,acombustion aiding air motor control circuit,a cool air gate motor control circuit and analarm circuit were designed.The advantages of the single board computer to contorl the graindrying-machine over the conventional control device were pointed out.
