云南小粒咖啡活性成分研究

摘    要:对云南小粒咖啡中度烘烤的熟咖啡豆进行化学成分研究,并从其提取物中分离得到2个已知的贝壳杉烷型的二萜,通过多种一维和二维谱学方法(HSQD、HMBC、ROESY、COSY),并结合相关参考文献,确定了它们化学结构。其中化合物1为mozambioside(1),化合物2为mascaroside(2)。运用MTT检测法对化合物1和2进行了细胞毒活性筛选,结果显示,这些提取物对HL-60、SMMC-7721、A-549、MCF-7以及SW480细胞有较弱的细胞毒活性。

Abstract:Two known diterpenoid glucosides, named mozambioside ( 1 ), mascaroside (2) were isolated from the acetone extracts of the roasted coffee bean of Coffea arabica growing in Yunnan. Their chemical structures were established by extensive spectroscopic analysis inclu- ding 1D and 2D NMR ( HSQC, HMBC, COSY and ROESY) and by comparison with the published data. Biological evaluation showed that the isolates had weak cytotoxieities against HL-60, SMMC-7721, A-549, MCF-7 and SW480 ceils.
