摘    要:目的]研究蒽降解菌株的生长条件和降解特性。方法]从长期被石油污染的土壤中筛选得到一株以蒽为唯一碳源的菌株A1,经16S rDNA分子鉴定后通过单因素试验和正交试验对菌株的培养条件和蒽降解条件进行研究。结果]A1菌株的最佳培养条件为:接种量5.0%,pH 6.0,温度35℃,蒽初始浓度40 mg/L。菌株在pH 7~10,最适降解温度30℃,接种量5%时,生长率及降解率均达到最大。盐浓度为1.2%,蒽浓度为100 mg/L时,菌株降解率达到最大。结论]该研究可为有机物污染土壤的生物修复研究提供理论依据。

Abstract: Objective ] The research aimed to study the growth conditions and degrading conditions of anthracene degrading strain. Method ] Strain A1 with anthracene as sole carbon source was isolated from the long-term petroleum polluted soil. The optimal cultivating conditions and anthracene degrading conditions of strain A1 were obtained through single factor experiment and orthogonal test. Result] The results showed that when the inoculation amount of A1, pH, temperature and the initial concentration of anthracene were 5% , 6, 35 ~C and 40 mg/L, re- spectively, the strain grew best. The growth rate and degrading rate was highest when pH of 7 - 10, temperature of 30 ~C, inoculation amount of 5%. The degrading rate of strain was highest when salt concentration of 1.2% and anthracene concentration of 100 mg/L. Conclusion] This research could provide theoretical basis for the bioremediation of soil polluted by organics.
