| 摘 要： | 新型农村合作医疗制度的实施可以分散农户的医疗支出风险从而降低农户未来医疗支出的不确定性,对农户的预防性储蓄产生挤出效应。利用中国健康与营养调查（CHNS）2000年和2006年的数据,采用倍差法和分位回归法分析了这种挤出效应。研究发现：新型农村合作医疗制度的实施对农户的预防性储蓄存在着挤出效应,并且这种挤出效应随着农户储蓄分位的提高而不断减小。因此扩大新型农村合作医疗的覆盖面,将低收入群体纳入到新型农村合作医疗的体系中对降低农村的预防性储蓄有着重要作用。

| Abstract: | The implementation of Rural New Cooperative Medical System can disperse the risk and reduce the uncertainty about fu-ture medical expenses,and produces＂crowding out＂effect on farmers＇ precautionary saving.Based on the 2000 and 2006 data of China Health and Nutrition Surveys（CHNS）,this paper employs difference-in-difference method and quantile regression method to analyze this＂crowding out＂effect.The results show that the implementation of Rural New Cooperative Medical System definitely has crowding effect on farmers＇ precautionary saving and furthermore this crowding effect is on the decrease with the improvement of sav-ing quantile.So enlarging the coverage of Rural New Cooperative Medical System,making sure the enrollment of lower income people can have large effect on the reduction of farmers＇ precautionary saving. |
