蛋用鸡连续饲喂低蛋白低有效磷饲粮的安全性和添加植酸酶效果的评价

摘    要:对蛋用鸡连续饲喂低蛋白低有效磷饲粮的安全性及添加植酸酶的效果进行了探讨。结果表明,2~36周龄蛋用鸡在2~8、9~15、16~18和19~36周龄连续饲喂粗蛋白为17.0%、13.5%、13.0%、15.0%和有效磷为0.35%、0.3%、0.3%、0.3%的低蛋白中磷饲粮,除蛋重降低外,其他生产性能指标与粗蛋白为19.0%、15.0%、14.5%、16.5%和有效磷为0.45%、0.4%、0.4%、0.4%的高蛋白高磷饲粮无显著差异,并使8、15、36周龄鸡的氮、磷排泄量分别减少9.50%(P〈0.01)、18.81%(P〈0.01)、13.42(P〈0.05)和15.93%(P〈0.01)、16.18%(P〈O.01)、19.21%(P〈0.01)。连续饲喂粗蛋白为17.0%、13.5%、13.0%、15.0%和有效磷为0.25%、0.2%、0.2%、0.2%的低蛋白低磷饲粮,可显著降低2~18周龄生长鸡平均日增重和饲料利用率,但添加300IU/kg植酸酶后可达到高蛋白高磷的饲养效果,并使8、15、36周龄鸡的总磷和粗蛋白表观利用率分别提高12.55%(P〉0.05)、7.24%(P〉0.05)、32.66%(P〈0.01)和26.23%(P〉0.05)、15.70%(P〈0.01)、7.77%(P〈0.05),而氮、磷排泄分别减少17.70%(P〈0.01)、25.19%(P〈0.01)、17.63(P〈0.05)和37.41%(P〈0.01)、36.71%(P〈0.01)、43.17%(P〈0.01)。

Evaluation on the safety of diet continuously fed low protein and low available phosphorous and the efficiency of phytase supplementation in laying type chickens

Abstract:Safety of continuously fed low protein and low available phosphorous(AP)diet and efficiency of phytase supplementation were evaluated in laying type chickens. The results showed that except egg weight,other performances of laying type chickens fed low protein(17.0% ,13.5% ,13.0% and 15.0%)and middle AP(0.35% ,0.3% ,0. 3% and 0.3 %)diet in 2-8,9-15,16-18 and 19-36 weeks had no significant difference compared with those fed high protein(19.0% ,15.0% ,14.5% and 16.5%)and high AP diet,respectively,but N and P excretion in layers aged 8, 15 and 36 weeks old decreased by 9.50%(P〈0.01),18.81%(P〈0.01),13.42(P〉0.05)and 15.93%(P〈0.01), 16.18%(P〈0.01) ,19.21% (P〈0.01), respectively. Weight gain and feed utilization of chickens fed low protein and low AP(0.25% ,0.2% ,0.2% and 0.2%)from 2 to 18 week reduced significantly. Efficiency of feeding low protein and low AP diet adding 300 IU/Kg phytase was same as that of feeding high protein and high AP diet,and the apparent utilization rate of total P and crude protein in layers aged 8,15 and 36 weeks old increased by 12.55 % (P〉 0.05) ,7.24%(P〉0.05)and 32.66% (P〈0.01) and 26.23% (P〉0.05),15.70% (P〈0.01) and 7.77% (P〈0. 05) ,but N and P excretion decreased by 17.70%(P〈0. 01) ,25.19% (P〈0.01) ,17.63(P〈0.05)and 37.41%(P〈 0.01) ,36.71% (P〈0.01) ,43.17 % (P〈0.01), espectively.
