摘    要:在农业科技园区对农业发展推动作用的研究基础上,深入分析和研究西藏农业科技园区建设和发展现状,基于西藏面积大,人口分布分散,农业科技园区数量少的情况下,阐述了西藏科技园区在科技示范、农牧民培训、技术辐射方面发挥的作用。提出在西藏不同农业气候区发展适度规模、突出特色的农业科技园区建设思路,通过加快西藏农业科技园区的发展与建设能够有效地促进西藏农牧业和西藏农业现代化进程的快速发展,通过培育类型多样化的农业科技园区建设能够有效地促进现代农业新技术在广大农村的传播,提高科技对农业发展的贡献率,加速了农业新技术应用的步伐,实现西藏社会经济跨越式发展。

Study on Construction and Development of the Agricultural Science and Technology Park in Tibet
Abstract:

With the research foundation of the development of agricultural science and technology park, which play a promoting role for the agricultural development. The thesis clarifies the construction and development of the Tibet agricultural science and technology park based on deepen analysis and research. Based on the large areas, distribution of dispersed population, illustrate the function of sci-tech demonstration, farmers and herders training and technology radiation of the agricultural science and technology park which is small quantity in Tibet. Ideas for the construction of developing appropriate scale and highlighting the special agricultural science and technology park, it can effectively promote the rapid development of agriculture and animal husbandry and agricultural modernization process by accelerating the development and construction of Tibet agricultural sci-tech parks. It can effectively promote the new technologies of modern agricultural spread in the vast rural areas, improving the technological contribution to agricultural development, accelerating the pace of new agricultural technology, to achieve social and economic leap-forward development through fostering the type of variety of agricultural science and technology park construction in Tibet.
