| 摘 要： | 水土资源可持续发展能力涉及到自然资源、社会经济、生态环境等众多方面，具有动态、综合、空间差异等复杂系统特征。结合区域水土资源可持续发展能力的特点，提出了一种基于资产负债分析的水土资源质量的评判方法，应用于甘肃14个地州市，得到了甘肃省水土资源质量的等级，为实现甘肃经济和社会可持续发展提供决策依据。 |

| Abstract: | The sustainable development of water-land resources relates to economy,environment and other resources.It has dynamic,synthetic,spatial variance and other characteristics.Based on the characteristics of the regional sustainable development of water-land resources,an evaluation method for a quality of water-land resources under the basic thoughts of asset and liability analysis is established in this paper.Finally,by using 14 cities in Gansu Province,the range of the quality of water land resources in Gansu Province is worked out.In order to bring about the sustainable development of social economy in Gansu Province,a theoretical foundation is given. |
