| 摘 要： | 目的]研究鱼体中硝基苯残留的测定方法。方法]样品经丙酮提取、水蒸气蒸馏净化、苯反萃取，采用气相色谱一质谱法测定。结果]硝基苯的峰面积与质量浓度在5—1000ng/ml范围内呈线性关系，相关系数〉0．999，回收率为75％～110％，相对标准偏差为4．64％～6．13％，最低检测限为3．0μg／kg。结论]该研究建立了鱼体中硝基苯残留的气相色谱-质谱法，方法简便、快速、准确。
