枇杷胚胎早期发生过程中传递细胞的分布

采用半薄切片方法定位，观察了枇杷（ＥｒｉｏｂｏｔｒｙａｊａｐｏｎｉｃａＬｉｎｄｌ．）受精前后雌蕊结构的变化，胚乳和胚的早期发育过程中传递细胞的分化、分布和存在时期，结果表明：柱头、花柱具传递细胞或传递组织；内珠被及珠心的部分细胞．壁内突显著；胚乳外层细胞为传递细胞型细胞；胶囊、中央细胞等均有局部壁内突现象或呈吸器，并且相互消长，文中讨论了传递细胞的分布特点以及对胚胎早期发育的营养作用．

Distribution of Transfer Cell in Early Embryogenesis of Loquat

By using Semithin-section method,the structure of female organ before and after fertiltzation, differentiation and distribution of transfer cell early developmental stage of embryo and endosperm were investigated.The results showed that there were transfer cells both in the stigama and the style; that some cells in inner integument and nucellus had outstanding wall ingrowths;that exo-layer cells of endosperm were transfer cell-typed cells;and that embryo sac and centre cell all had some wall ingrowths or haustorial structure.This paper also discussed distriution of transfer cells,their growth and decline and nutrition role in early developlmental stage of embryogenesis of loquat.
