摘    要:试验以海乳草种子为材料,通过设置有无光照(光照周期为12h,光照强度为7200lx,12h黑暗)7种恒温和3种变温(5℃、10℃、15℃、20℃、25℃、30℃、35℃;10~20℃、15~25℃、25~35℃)筛选海乳草种子适宜的萌发条件,在此条件上模拟干旱及设置不同盐碱梯度,通过发芽率、发芽指数、活力指数探讨不同盐碱和干旱胁迫对海乳草种子萌发的影响。结果表明:(1)海乳草种子萌发属于光促型,在有光条件下,25℃或20~30℃萌发效果最好,并且变温有助于发芽;(2)海乳草种子的活力及生活力均随渗透势升高呈下降趋势,-0.735MPa渗透处理下,其种子几乎不发芽;(3)不同渗透势即不同盐碱浓度对海乳草种子萌发初期影响显著,随盐碱浓度升高,种子的发芽力及生活力均逐渐降低。低渗处理(-0.46Mpa)下,Na2CO3对种子萌发的抑制作用显著高于NaCl,且随渗透势升高抑制效果加重。

Abstract:We studied the seed germination of Glaux maritima L.with light(light 12 h/dark 12h circulation and continuous dark)、constant temperature and variable temperature(5℃、10℃、15℃、20℃、25℃、30℃、35℃;10~20℃、15~25℃、25~35℃)treatments,to select suitable germination conditions.Set different drought,salt-alkali concentrations stress,explore the effects of those stresses on seed germination by germination rate,germination index and vigor index.The results showed that:(1)Under the light and temperature treatments,Glaux maritima L.seeds germination were light-induced,the best germination is 25℃ or 20~30℃,in addition,variable temperature contribute to germination;(2)The vigor and viability of Glaux maritima L.seeds decreased with the increase of osmotic potential.Under the osmotic treatment(-0.735 MPa),the seeds hardly germinated;(3)Different osmotic potentials means different saline-alkali concentrations,which had significant effects on the initial germination of seeds.With the concentration of saline and alkali increased,the germination power and viability gradually decreased.At low osmotic potential treatment(-0.46Mpa),the inhibition of Na2CO3 on seed germination was significantly higher than NaCl,and the inhibition was aggravated with the increase of osmotic potential.
