张家口地区消化道癌Bcl-2过表达的意义

目的探讨张家口地区食管癌、胃癌和大场癌组织中Bcl-2表达的意义。方法应用免疫组织化学SABC法,检测张家口地区187例消化道癌中Bcl-2表达率。结果Bcl-2在食管鳞状细胞癌中阳性率为51.16%(22/43);胃癌中阳性率为44.12%(30/68);大肠癌中阳性率为75.00%(57/76)。Bcl-2在大肠癌中阳性率明显高于食管癌和胃癌(P<0.05)。Bcl-2的表达与消化道癌病理类型和分化程度相关性不明显(P>0.05)。癌细胞深肌层浸润外膜组及有淋巴结转移组Bcl-2阳性率明显增高(P<0.05)。结论在张家口地区,Bcl-2与消化道肿瘤的细胞凋亡有关,在癌细胞浸润、转移过程中起到一定作用,可作为消化道癌预后评估的参考指标。

The Significance of Bcl-2 Over-expression in Esophageal Cancer in Zhangjiakou

Objective To investigate the significance of Bcl-2 expression in human esophageal cancer,gastric cancer and large intestine cancer in Zhangjiakou.Methods The Bcl-2 expression in 187 cases with enteron cancer examined by SABC immunohistochemical method.Results The positive rate of Bcl-2 in esophagus squamous carcinoma is 51.16%(22/43),in gastric cancer is 44.12%(30/68)and in large intestine cancer is 75.00%(57/76).Hence,the positive rate of Bcl-2 in large intestine cancer is positively higher than that in esophageal cancer and gastric cancer(P<0.05)How However,the relationship between expression of Bcl-2 and pathological type and degrees of differentiation of enteron cancer is not obvious,but the expression of Bcl-2 is positive in infiltration and lymph node metastasis group(P<0.05).Conclusion There Could be a close reationship between expression of Bcl-2 protein and cell apotosis in enteron cancer,and expression of Bcl-2 has a close relationship with cancer cells infiltrating and transferring in Zhangjiakou.Analysing the expression of bcl-2 might guide prognosis of cancer.
