| 摘 要： | 分析影响山西省强筋小麦产业化发展的主要因素是"质量不稳、数量不足",提出在充分研究品种、栽培和环境的基础上,实现区域化、规模化、标准化生产,创建优质专用粉品牌,才能实现强筋小麦生产的持续发展。
