基于供应链管理的跨境电商进出口综合管理系统构建

跨境电商近年来在中国发展迅猛,对我国外贸企业的经营管理模式、数字化管理水平提出了新的要求,进出口企业应该在加强供应链管理的基础上根据企业的业务发展需求对业务流程进行优化,建立和完善进出口综合管理系统。该系统包括进销存管理、出口货运流程管理两大核心模块的综合管理系统。基于供应链管理的跨境电商进出口综合管理系统的构建对于跨境电商企业的数字化转型具有现实意义,同时对于跨境电商行业数字化运营模式的创建具有战略意义。

Construction of Comprehensive Import and Export Management System of Cross-border E-Commerce Based on Supply Chain Management

In recent years, the rapid development of cross-border e-commerce in China has put forward new requirements to improve the operation and management mode and digital management level of China''s foreign trade enterprises. According to their needs for business development, import and export enterprises should optimize their business processes on the basis of strengthening supply chain management, establishing and improving the integrated import and export management system. The integrated management system includes two core modules, namely, the management of purchase, sale and storage, and the management of export freight flow. The construction of comprehensive import and export management system of cross-border e-commerce based on supply chain management is of practical significance to the digital transformation of cross-border e-commerce enterprises, and has strategic significance to the establishment of digital operation mode of cross-border e-commerce industry.
