| 摘 要： | 采用液相色谱法，测定了茄子单性结实系D-11开花过程中子房及果实中的赤霉素（GA3）、生长素（IAA）、玉米素核苷（ZR）和脱落酸（ABA）等含量的变化。结果表明：在茄子开花前，单性结实系D-11子房中的4种激素含量均高于非单性结实系S8，两系的内源GA3含量变化和ZR含量变化趋势基本一致，而内源IAA和ABA含量的变化差异较大，单性结实系D—11子房中的内源IAA在开花当天出现明显的峰值，其含量比非单性结实系s8高4倍。表明IAA参与了茄子单性结实的调控过程。内源ABA含量比S8高2倍。开花前高浓度的IAA和ABA含量有利于茄子单性结实，花后高浓度的IAA、GA3和低浓度的ABA有利于茄子果实膨大。激素间保持一定的平衡，对茄子单性结实有一定的调控作用。

| Abstract: | The contents of GA3,IAA,ZR and ABA in ovary and fruit of eggplant during flowering stage were measured by HPLC method.The results showed that contents of four endogenous hormones in parthenocarpy line D-11 were higher than that in non-parthenocarpy line S8 before flowering.The changing trends of GA3 and ZR in D-11 were consistent with those in S8.There were great differences in the contents of IAA and ABA between D-11 and S8.The maxium content of IAA in ovary of D-11 appeared in the bloom day,which was four... |
