摘    要:为与铲式成穴器的结构特点相适应,选择倾斜圆盘勺式玉米精密排种器作为打穴播种机的排种机构。在分析分种勺结构特点和分种性能的基础上,通过试验确定了排种器倾角和转速对不同玉米种子分种性能的影响,并采用机械优化设计的方法对参数进行了优化组合。

Abstract:For the usage of the spade soil opener in a punch planter the precision metering device with declined scoop type disc was selected for maize seeds. On the basis of analysis of construction characteristics and working ability of the metering scoop the influences of decline angle and revolving speed of the metering device on the working quality defined as percentage of duplicate placement of seeds and variance coefficient of seed distance were observed. Furthermore the optimal combination of the parameters were determined through computer aided design.
