枫叶秋海棠组织培养与快繁技术的研究

摘    要:[目的]通过组织培养方法筛选枫叶秋海棠不定芽诱导、伸长及生根的最佳培养基,为枫叶秋海棠的快速繁殖提供参考。[方法]以枫叶秋海棠的叶柄、叶片为外植体,进行不定芽诱导、伸长及生根的组织培养。[结果]枫叶秋海棠叶片最佳芽诱导、芽伸长培养基为MS+zr(2.0mg/L)+NAA(0.2mg/L)。生根的最佳培养基为1/2MS+IBA(0.2mg/L),试管苗移栽后成活率为100%。[结论]该试验建立了枫叶秋海棠组织培养快速繁殖体系,为枫叶秋海棠的快速繁殖和遗传转化提供理论依据。
