| 摘 要： | 农村进城务工人员对城市的建设与发展起到了重要作用,而目前我国农村劳动力就业信息服务体系很不完善,制约了农村务工人员的顺利就业。该文对我国农村劳动力就业信息渠道存在的问题进行重点分析,并在此基础上提出构建农村劳动力外出务工就业信息网络的设想。

| Abstract: | Rural migrant workers play an important role for the developing and construction of the cities.However,the service system of employment information for them is far from perfection,which hiders the employment of rural workers.This paper analyzes the problems of the employment information channels in our country,and put forward the imagination of building the employment information network for the rural work force. |
