甘蓝型油菜与芥菜型油菜杂种胚胎的研究

摘    要:对甘蓝型油菜和芥菜型油菜的杂种胚胎的观察表明,杂种胚胎仅能发育至心形或早鱼雷形胚期;杂种胚乳不能形成细胞就败育。用组织培养的方法来为杂种胚胎继续发育提供营养条件,以提高杂种胚的成活率。本研究目的在于为组织培养提供确切的取材时间。研究表明:在以Oro为母本,八农3186为父本的组合中,杂种胚胎的组织培养取材最佳期为授粉后12d前后。

Abstract:The embryo of crosses between Brassica napus and B.juncea was studied. The embryos and endosperm of B.napus x B. juncea developed slowly and then ceased to develop at the heart-shaped embryo stage and free nuclei endosperm stage respectively. Herewith, this is one of causalities that most of hybrid embryos could not develop into maturation. Embryo rescue in wide crosses in Brassica through tissue-culture techniques.This research deals with determination of an accuracy of cellection materials for tissue-culture of embryo.
