中国南方山地羊消化道线虫体外发育的研究

本文检测中国南方亚热带山地环境因素（温度，相对湿度和降雨量）变化对羊捻转血矛线虫、环纹奥斯特线虫和粗纹食道口线虫体外发育的影响规律：捻转血矛线虫由卵至Ⅰ、Ⅱ和Ⅲ期幼虫的最高育成率均在６月；育成期分别是３、５和７ｄ。环纹奥斯特线虫卵至Ⅰ、Ⅱ和Ⅲ期幼虫育成率在５～７月均较高，其中Ⅰ和Ⅱ期幼虫最高育成率在６月，而Ⅲ期幼虫最高育成率在５月；育成期分别是３、５和１１ｄ。粗纹食道口线虫卵至Ⅰ、Ⅱ和Ⅲ期幼虫的最高育成率均在７月；育成期分别是６、７和９ｄ。１１月至次年３月间三线虫均不能发育，而且粗纹食道口线虫于１０月停止发育。文中还讨论了三线虫的防治措施。

DEVELOPMENT OF GOAT NEMATODES FROM EGG TO INFECTIVE LARVAE ON EXPERIMENTAL PLOTS OF MOUNTAIN IN SOUTH OF CHINA

The objective of this study was to determine the influence of envionmental temperature,relative humidity and preciptation on the development of Haemonchus contortus and Ostertagia circumcincta and Oesophagostomum asperum from egg to infective larvae on experimental plots in a subtropical humid climate of China.The study was of 1 year duration,with the highest rates if recovery of first--stage larvae (L1) and second--stage larvae (L2) and third--stage larvae (L3)of H. contort us obtained.in June. The development time for L1 was 3 days, for L2 was 5 days and L3 was 7 days.The rates of recovery of L1,L2 and L3of O.circumcincta were high during May, June and July.The highest rates of recovery of L1 and L2 of O,circumcincta obtained in June,and of L3 in May. The development time for L1 was 3 days, for L2 was 5days. for L3 was 11 days. The highest rates of recovery of L1,L2 and L3 of O.asperum obtained in July.The development time for L1 was 6 days, for L2 was 7 days and for L3 was 9 days. The rates of recoveryof L1,L2 and L3 of H.contortus,O.circumcincta and O.a.fperum were zero during November, December,January,February and March,and the development of O. asperum stopped in October.The strategy forthe control of H.conlortus, O. circumcincta and O. asperum is discussed also.
